Quick is getting exposed. It was to be expected against a much better skilled team. Last year he never faced a team like the Hawks.

Hopefully people will stop riding his jock now and realize Hank is a league above him when it comes to skill. Quick has terrible positioning.

Quick has never really impressed me, nor have the Kings really. Doughty looked like trash at times in the first game. Think it's more that the West isn't as strong as the East.

But I do love Drew Doughty. Really wish we had a defenseman like him.

100% agree. Every time Ive watched him I just dont see where the hype comes from. He gives out horrible rebounds, hes out of position constantly, having to make acrobatic saves because of it. I dont understand it. It is fun to rile up the Kings fans about it though (and it makes Bob have to moderate ), and get the expected responses "Well he is a Conn Smythe winner and has a ring" yada yada yada. As if having an actual slew of offensive talent in front of him has nothing to do with it.

My gosh, Kings doesnt like they belong. They wouldve been eaten alive against the Wings also. Theyre just not suited against these type of teams.

Thats fair, but its more directed at the people who think he is in the same league as Hank, hes plainly not. Look at his rebound control.
