Hahahahah the devils..that's what they get... They have had a lot of possession in the offensive zone. But no quality shots..

Tons of Avs fans there, I loved that replay behind the net lol, it just dawned on me duh Super Bowl and cancelled flights no wonder the Avs fans turn out

I remember reading an article when the Kings acquired Matt Frattin that talked about how Lombardi and his team use advanced stats and how they value players who put up good possession numbers.

Controlling the puck is one thing, but having the ability to put it in the back of the net is something else.

And no goal support for Schneider tonight. Old man Jagr had more shots on goal than any other Devil.
 
Another loser point for Newark. The league should set a cap on loser points. At this rate the Devils will have 20 plus by the end of the year. Joke!
 
I have a good feeling the loser point is going to removed. It has become a joke. Not only the Devils but so many teams are getting this extra point.

Devils fans are insanely delusional. An Avs fan said "I don't know how you guys aren't a top team in the east" a Devils fans said "our coach is an idiot". The fact that he got that talentless group of losers to play decent hockey makes him deserve a monument in Newark, they actually think he's holding them back. It's a lot easier to think your coach sucks than your team sucks I suppose.
 
Poor Jagr gonna be 42 in a week and still has to carry his team offensively. He's amazing to watch still the way he holds and protects the puck in the offensive zone. You have to wonder how much gas he'll have left in the tank after the Olympics, though.
