I posted this on the NHL talk forum but never got a concrete answer: I remember last year the NHL Network had coverage of the 1st day of free agency (I think they were showing TSN or Sportsnet's coverage?) I just wondered if anyone knows if that is what they are doing this year?(I haven't heard anything), I happen to be off the 1st and hope they are going to be showing something on the NHL Network. Sorry if this was covered somewhere and I missed it.
I'm assuming they'll be showing something (hopefully the TSN guys) otherwise you might have to consider less kosher methods of getting your Free Agent Frenzy.

Lunacy is overtaking the league right now...San Jose gives a ~10th overall pick to Boston for a back-up.
Watch the games, don't read the stats...the Kings bunkered down when Jones was in net...I don't see him as even capable as a tandem goalie, just a pure back-up.

The funny part about this entire ordeal is that it was Dan Byslma's idea for fans to do it.
this is good....we are going to need to trade a good goalie in a yr. or two.....its about the only chip we got left to trade so maybe the market will be up.

Yeah, I was thinking the whole situation was absurd all around. Voynov beats his wife? No contract termination, snuck into practices, still on the team more or less. Richards is asked about some pain pills (albeit heavy duty ones) at the border? End his career ASAP!

I have to think LA thought charges were coming (they may still be, but I'd doubt it) and that he'd have serious border issues because of it.
