Lol, we use to create a team on NHL94 with the lowest rated players and try to beat the CPU. It was fun while drinking.

We tried that with the fan vote in... 2015, was it? - whenever captains got to draft their teams while sloshed on National Tee Vee - and the league shut that fun down. Iirc, The John Scott Experience was the following year, and again, that was too close to fun! The NHL is Very Serious about Good Hockeying at their ASG.

I believe he’s already stated he’s not interested in that. At least I know he said he’s not interested in coaching on a Mark Madden interview. Said it was about the athletic competition for him.
