It all went downhill after that 5-2 lead against boston in which we found a way to gift them the 2 pts. I find since then we have had a hard time winning close games.

Especially when the first few years and cups the pens were the ones to always come from behind / close out a team.

They're 180* from that success and ability.

But coach blinders over here thinks they just need to assess each game as it happens.

What the Canucks and their media are doing to Bruce Boudreau is a master class of how to be a piece of shit fan base and ownership. At the height of the Pens vs Caps rivalry with Sid and Ovy, Bruce was someone we mocked but he was always a likeable goofy fella. He’s well liked in the league and respected but the way the Canucks have just shit all over him is beyond pathetic.

I’m just wondering what kind of moron would take the coaching job seeing how they are handling this. They’re going to have to pull from the high school ranks or something.

Also, **** JR for going along with it. People are speculating that it’s the owner’s doing, well then he could just quit like he did to the Pens instead of making a mockery out of the end of his career.
 
Rutherford is such a f***ing idiot for what he’s done in Vancouver. Even other players from other teams are chiming in and displeased with what they’re doing to Bruce. Cogliano wasn’t happy about it.

That franchise is such a disgraceful shit show. We warned them as Pens fans and they acted like demented children about it thinking we were just mad we lost him and Allvin.

When in reality he quit and they did us a favor taking Allvin.

If the owner pushed that and at Jim’s age, he could just say f*** this and quit and put them on blast. Instead he’s doing their bidding happily and taking all the heat. He wants to be their mouthpiece then he has to take the brunt of that discourse.

I don’t see it happening. Unless they negotiate a sign and trade for Horvat. It’s at the kind of risk that would get a Gm fired.

Eh, Tocchet's a piece of shit who has proven time and again he's inept when it comes to coaching, he just happened to land in the right place at the right time with the back to backs. Perfect hire for JR, tbh, two peas in a pod.

I mean, if the Canucks want to pay me $1 million and completely jerk me around, where do I sign?

Doubtful they can land a coach with any sort of pedigree, but a young coach or a coach who is currently out of work and doesn't really have any other prospects would be intrigued.
