Seriously though, he was known to do a ton of cardio, especially riding bikes, during the off season when he played. So, to see him do well in an endurance event does not surprise me. And you know that he knows how to suffer.

15 minutes of playoff hockey (end of CAR-NYI, start of DAL-MIN) was enough to put me to sleep for tonight. I think I'll be only watching the McDavid show in this first round.
 
Watching BOS/FLA…

A florida player lost or broke their stick and it was laying in the ice in the middle of the zone.

The ref actually picked it up when play came out of the zone.

They are allowed to do that?!? From my Sabres game viewing, refs avoiding touching broken sticks like the plague.

I’m legit rooting for the Leafs just because I hate the Lightning that much. I’m also just kinda sick of the jokes and subsequent victim complex from Leafs fans- if they can make it to the second round at least the stupidity changes in nature a bit. Matthews is still a turdmunch, RoR can take a timbit to the eye, but at least they aren’t a goon squad.

But if they lose, management is likely all fired, and whoever comes in might be under pressure to do stupid stuff before they lose Matthews. That would be fun to watch.
