One of the teams I'd watch for Smith might be Calgary. Given the questionable state of Kylington, the Flames could use another puck mover for now. Pair him up with one of their defense-oriented guys....could make sense.

Vasi injury is the next domino lined up after Stamkos came out as unsettled. Downfall of Tampa incoming. Risky to make that call, but they're begging us to pass them now. We can make a statement in our third game of the year, October 17 at home.

Elliott is still FA, they could circle back and sign him once Vasi hits LTIR. Then just waive JJ when Vasi gets back.

Another poster wrote that Tarasov is injured. Hasn't skated yet.

We will see if they waive Martin when Tarasov is healthy.

Gotta think TB is just waiting for Martin Jones to be waived if they want the vet min vet. Maybe they already have Halak on the line, seriously doubt UPL/Comrie is near the top of their list to pair with JJ.

Addison isn’t being kept. Guerin and coaching staff hate him! He will get dfa or benched this year again if he’s not playing a two way game
