It’s inherently illogical- the problem was players doing it on purpose, but a penalty is always worse than an exhausted attempt to clear, so every penalty given has been for accidental pucks over the glass.

Just allow refs discretion- yes they’re idiots, but unless it’s blatant just make it an offensive zone faceoff with no line change. Better than a hard rule that fundamentally punishes something different than the original concern.

Oh, and f*** the DoPS. Really glad I don’t spend a dime on this donkey league.

I don't really agree about sauros. He had a good year, but his numbers were still behind the three candidates. It's tough, as a fan, when your guy played really well but still wasn't the best.
