Popular unpinion: NBC's coverage/ presentation is better

Those rules are the same for everyone. Feel free to draft as well as they have, sign their top players to deals they have, make the TDL deals they have...

Don’t forget holding out a $9.5 Million dollar player 2-3 months longer then necessary and be “miraculously” recovered once the cap was no longer being enforced. It was Tampa who said really early last season that Kucherov would be out for the “regular season”. They circumvented the cap, period.

I like how ESPN went to tighter framing of Emily Kaplan after her first bit because they realized she's constantly moving her hand around while speaking.

Why are we purposely diluting the meaning of the word ‘cheaters’ by using it to describe a team that, by all definitions, operated within the rules?

They quite literally did not cheat.

That is the laziest argument; “did everything within the rules”. Then why did the league investigate the Kucherov injury if it was “within the rules”? Because they skirted the rules and acted without integrity. The league couldn’t do anything but other teams were surely not happy and the league knew it since there was an investigation.

Remember when Sean Avery waved his hands in front of Brodeur in the playoffs? Even though it wasn’t “against the rules” the refs were ready to give him a penalty AND the NHL made that a penalty the VERY NEXT DAY!

Enjoying the ESPN broadcast, but the curtain behind the booth is kind of janky. They can afford a nicer setup for Ferraro and McDonough.

I'm so bored by this game. Tampa seems disinterested playing a Penguins team with names that seem made up from a hockey movie depiction of the team, like Sudden Death.

Don’t even bother he’s been crying since July

Why does Maroon look like he just shoplifted 4 Sony Playstations and stuffed them under his jersey?

Tampa comes back to win in regulation and I'll get a sex change.

Tampa is going to have a very hard time winning the cup again. Palat, Goodrow, Coleman, and Gourde were all important players who played big minutes for them. I know they still have a lot of talent but you can't lose all those players and not expect to miss a beat.

Palat is still there I think

NHL has turned into the NBA with under four minutes to go. Empty net, goal, empty net, goal, empty net, goal.
