You know you might be on to something there.I'm going to get scorched for this, but I think Nick Suzuki might be better than Lias.

Also Ranger fans: I can't believe we didn't beat a team that made it to the conference finals last year
They'll be drafting their next franchise player very soon.Pitt looks to have no interest being here.
You cut that right out. They'll be drafting their next franchise player very soon.
I'd be very tempted to rage quit the NHL.Pittsburgh winning Lafreniere would enrage me to no end
Montreal has a proven NHL coach. We don't.That is why I wanted to at least win a few more games. This type of play is super valuable for young guys. Guys like Kotkaniemi and Suzuki standing up to guys like Letang and Malkin.
You mean in terms of development? Well if that is the case we need to make changes fast.Montreal has a proven NHL coach. We don't.
Good point. I will take my chances and still root for Montreal/Arizona/Chicago/Minn to boost up into Quinn/Rossi range.Pens losing is good for our first if we don't get 1OA, but it also means Laf could end up in the Metro...
I mean in general. Quinn is a college coach. Julien has won a cup. They are on different levels. You mean in terms of development? Well if that is the case we need to make changes fast.
But honestly not sure if its all about the coach in this case. Kotkaniemi had a rough year and was demoted. He's definitely matured in this play in round.
Seeing all these lesser teams and underdogs put up a great game and battle through adversity and win games, it's an indictment against the horse shit performance our team put up. NHL playoff adjustment and chessery is over and beyond what Quinn is capable of now. Not sure if we want to sink 2 more playoff runs to nurture and teach Quinn the ropes of NHL playoff hockey.
