8.5 for Zibs.

Is it also set-up in a way where buying out said contract doesn't save any money...like Zib's contract?

NMC?

There is absolutely no wiggle room with Zibs.

Lets not forget the fact that Mika left at least 1 mil on the table. He could easily have got 9+ as an FA but he choose to stay a Ranger. Rangers got the hometown discount and Mika got the security.

Also, as the cap continues to rise his contract will be more than fine.

Jack Johnson, still getting contracts at the age of 37. Did not have that on my bingo card. 1 year league minimum with CLB. Former team. Low risk but even lower reward.

lundell re-ups, 6 years. no AAV yet but i bet it's under 5 because of course
Wrong! TSN reporting the AAV at 5M, no under :naughty:

Jessica Campbell named the first female Assistant Coach in NHL history, with the Seattle Kraken. She was to work at the NY Rangers development camp a few years ago (Chris Drury saw something in her to invite her in to participate), but soon after got a job with the Kraken organization. She's done a very good job with the Kraken's AHL affiliate n Cochella Valley; the players held her in high regard. Congrats to her; well deserved.

What if they put a clear dome over the entire ice surface? No more pucks out of play, problem solved.
Plus more room for those live ads that we all love.
But…everyone would suffocate if they went to overtime!
