The Devils didn't even play that well yesterday. We failed to take advantage of our opportunities. Something that has been a staple of this franchise for decades.

It's just not as simple as the killer instinct thing as I have already pointed out. The Devils are a 112 point team that happened to have the best road record in the league during the regular season. The Rangers didn't play poorly either. They just lost a game in OT.

I know we'll never get this, but I would consider paying for a secondary audio channel where you just have no announcers and listen to sound in the building.

I did some research and apparently it's possible but it requires complex audio editing software and stuff, and somehow it's possible to do that live-ish. Also, supposedly a commentator free feed was available through some cable providers for some sports. It would be great for hockey.

Panthers won one more game than I thought they would, not realistic for them to have a chance with the defense and goalie they are running out there.

Stick a fork in Florida, they're done. They seem like a team at a crossroads. Wonder if they do a significant retool/rebuild starting this summer to try to turn it around in 3-4 years while Tkachuk still has time on his deal.
