It’s hard not to get behind the Cats and Matt Tkachuk with what’s left alive in this post season. Them knocking off (especially sweeping) the Leafs after they finally made it out of the first would be sweet. Then Carolina or NJ… neither jumps out at me as definitely better than the Panthers with their late season push and current momentum. The West just doesn’t scare me. Seattle looks like the hungriest, and therefore scariest team. Panthers could make a Cinderella run.

I'd prefer that to any other of the remaining teams winning it.

I have met some Leafs fans in person that have been really cool people. The Leafs fans on these boards I have zero empathy for.

but Michael Benning and Casey Fitzgerald are their extras. Both RHD. They desperately need a LHD
 
Much as I like the Leafs (got family in Toronto) I love being able to remind anyone that they’ve got a longer cup-less streak going (1967 I think was their last).

Yeah, it’s cruel….

The Irony is the turning point of their season is a game the Leafs squandered a lead to the Panthers with I believe less than a minute left in the third period. The Panthers won in overtime. 100 percent the Panthers lose that game no way they make the playoffs.
