Boy is Columbus lucky. The Rangers play the Hawks full strength and beat them twice (though the 2nd time they did get a tired team), the Jackets play the AHL version of the Hawks.

Does on-ice behavior include lifting the Stanley Cup?

Yes, but so does slew-footing, diving, embellishing and picking fights and then hiding behind the refs. The guy could use some serious tweaks in his personality.

Toews, Stamkos, Tavares, Landeskog and Backes might not be the same when it comes to pure talent and technique, but they are head and shoulders above Crosby when it comes to personality and the ability to lead a team by example.

I dunno about Stamkos, to me that seems like just another "give our best player the C" move. I mean, I haven't seen anything that suggests he isn't a good leader, but I haven't seen him do much to make me say "Wow, he'd make a good captain."

Sometimes the best captains are the ones who aren't necessarily out there so to speak.

If I remember correctly he dropped the gloves in the third when they were down by like 3 goals and sparked the team and they won...and that was before he was the captain

Watching NBCSN and lo and behold Joe actually doesn't sound like a watered down buffoon when doing games and he can criticize teams.

Why is it the refs fault.. Puck was loose the whole time and a blue jacket pretty much put it in..

bad too many men call that was overturned that brought the puck into the offensive zone for the face off with ~15 seconds left that ended up in the net.

A player frantically jumped onto the bench as if he was the 6th player on the ice but it there were only 5 players on the ice total and the frantic jump off the ice was by the 5th player. BJs were slow to get the new line change player on the ice and Dvorski blew the whistle for a too many men but were advised otherwise by the other officials.
