WTF was Hamonic trying to do there by nailing that Pens player directly into his goaltender who was vulnerable down on the ice??? What an idiot....
 
I know we face him in the playoffs every ******* year, but I still love Ovechkin. I need someone to help balance my hate for Crosby.
 
Crosby hate is overblown, plus with that whole concussion thing he deserves props for getting back and still playing at the same level.

Hes grown up some.
 
I was just thinking Crosby has grown up some tonight actually.

Don't think I will ever really like the guy (or like the guy at all) but he isn't as MUCH of a dbag as he was.
 
Their record doesn't indicate it, but damn it, I've been keeping a closer look on them, and CBJ are playing some very decent hockey for the last 10-12 games. No surprise here if they turn it into something countable soon.

Just like that, the Nucks score a well deserved tying goal. Very good defensive hockey by both sides in this game.

And I don't think it was arrogance as much as it was Senility.

But then again, I don't think he really expected to lose both Parise *and* Kovalchuk in succession(even though the writing was on the wall as far as Zach went).

As a Vancouverite, I am desperately hoping that VAN doesn't make the POs.

It doesn't look like they're going to the way the West + the Pacific is rolling.

Did we score PPGs in CBJ? Their PK is so passive, damn.

Agreed. I don't hate Ovi, but living in Canada and having the media slurp Crosby at every turn. I hate that dude with every ounce of me. I screamed NO!!! when he scored the golden goal in the Olympics. I'll never, under any circumstance cheer for him, no matter the jersey. I hate the way he plays, so self entitled.
 
At the moment I hate Crosby less than Ovechkin. Sometimes you just gotta put the hate aside and appreciate a damn good hockey player. I'm sure all that hate will come back next time we play. As for Ovechkin, I'm just sick of seeing him and his team and I didn't care for his reckless play last year in the playoffs.
 
I just looked at the highlights of the Canucks game. That's your 2013 Vezina winner folks. I can't figure out what I want more, have him fall flat on his face because of him winning the Vezina over Hank, or if I want him to dominate because Philly traded him.

Oh man it's almost like I wanna feel bad for Isles fans, but then I remember that they're Isles fans.
