I’ll always remember him as the main piece of the Jay McClement trade.
It was great to watch EJ's reaction when he was handed the Cup. He said something like, Oh my God. I can't believe this is happening.

He was so confused as to whether it was real or not.

Congrats to Sharry Deuces on a great career. I find it interesting that he specifically called out the city of St. Louis, and it was the only city he gave a shout out to. It could be nothing. But also, athletes often talk about what a great sports city StL is. Great job to all the local fans!!!

Bruins get thrashed by the Jets 8-1. That Elias Lindholm contract not looking good. 13 points in 30 games

How many big UFA signing forward signings have really worked out for the team who signed them? Feels like there is a lot of buyers remorse for those contacts and maybe a reason to shy away from Free Agency, where top players get a premium (granted I am still hoping for Marner).

Looks like the east playoff wildcards are gonna be a battle again.

Sabres take an L, sitting 27th overall.

Wildcard is only 4 points above them.

which is why Armstrong refuses to embrace it to get higher picks

I might have mentioned it before but Patrik Berglund said on a podcast that Tage had a huge ego even as a rookie with the Blues before he had proven anything in the league. It's pretty clear that culture matters a lot in sports and it seems the culture in Buffalo stinks.
