That Rat is such a piece of shit. You can see watching this game he's getting close to doing something very dirty. Just a dirty slash there.

Stamkos is pretty much invisible. I'm sure that line will get it going but Kuch is the only only dangerous one right now

Cooper is playing the 4th line more than the top line. That is how invisible the top line has been. All the lines have scored a goal in this series except the top line. If the top line can get going, Boston is not going to be able to counter. But that is a big if.

Personally I don't think Wilson got enough games. He's a dangerous player who is always making high hits---what's more is he's huge and he skates well and fights well. He could be a very effective player just hitting clean but IMO he's out to injure others all the time. We see that in our own games with those f***ing clowns.

Personally I don't like the Penguins either and they have a few assholes of their own as well but not really as dangerous as Wilson. I don't feel particularly sorry for the Pens as a team (after all they were fine with all kinds of shit perpetrated by Cooke and Orpik just for two)--my sympathy here is for Aston-Reese in particular--he didn't really deserve that.

The game ain't the same as it was 20-30 years ago--it's a lot faster and we know what concussions/head trauma can do to a person. There's no excuse not to know anyway. It's one reason that those textbook Scott Stevens headshots got taken out of the game. I don't mind hitting apart from I do mind high hits, throwing players headfirst into the boards or going at someone's knees. The players who do those things are a f***ing menace and if they refuse to get the message they need to be tossed out of the league.

And Pierre ****s all over analytics. What a time to be a mod... o_O
Who cares?

Apparently he’s now the only player to be suspended 3 times in one season. That may be the most significant accomplishment in the Caps’ history.

JT Miller point alert :naughty:

Ex-Rangers have had points on all those goals.

Stralman had an assist on the first. Girardi had an assist on the second. Nash assisted on the third. McDonagh assisted on the fourth and Miller assisted on the fifth.

Pierre's right it was such a brilliant move on Cooper's part to have Stamkos on the ice with Kucherov and Miller at the end of the game. Absolutely brilliant putting one of the worst lines in hockey on the ice with an empty net and have it pay dividends. Cooper is a rebel, so willing to take chances, I would never have thought to put those 3 on the ice in the last minute.

Why not he's a total *******. I don't wish injury on anyone usually, except him, I hope he gets a career ender and never plays a shift again.

Wilson is a complete and total assbag but this hit was fine. The contact is initiated shoulder to shoulder and Reese's head gets involved because Wilson is just a bigger dude.

The suspension is based on reputation in my opinion, and I'm OK with that, but this hit wasn't malicious like many of Wilson's previous gems.
