Bowers, hammond, OTT 1st, OTT 3rd, NSH 2nd, Girard, Kamenev to Colorado is a lot for Duchene

Thank christ the Rangers didn't pay that price

That just can't be. How can he get that much for MD. I guess that both the sens and preds feel that this is their year.

Trade Nash, Mcdonagh and Zucc for 4 first round picks (2018 and 2019) 4 top prospects and a couple of seconds . seems like its a sellers market

Now we all know why Gorton didn't go in on MD. Would have cost us a first, probably a top prospect or even someone like Buch/Skjei.

Nashville is legit though

Got a 1C and 2C locked up long term, and their defense is still in tact, and they pump of defensive prospects like it's nothing

I still can't believe it. I keep reading all the picks and players they got. Its never ending.

Duchene is an insane talent. Ottawa just got a lot better.

Glad Gorton didn’t bite though. The asking price was just too much.

That's a whole lot of potential for Duchene. Nothing really in the way of proven pieces though. Hopefully some of these guys hit or it'll be a rough situation for Colorado.

I do like Girard a lot though.

Yeah I don't hate what Nashville did at all. Kept their roster intact that they still have that 1st to dangle should they need to add another piece in a few months.

Ottawa on the other hand went HAM for no reason. Duchene is not that good.

Will it be any surprise if ottawa can't/doesn't resign Duchene when his deal is up? They better win or go very far this season.
