There’s a bunch still coming out. It’s not draft brinksmanship anymore.
The Flyers are being run by Danny Briere and KEITH JONES for God’s sake. I do not see it ending well. Whoever their owner is, I don’t think they’re very good at finding quality people to run their organization. Cliff Fletcher…to Ron Hextall…now this current clown show…

Jason Demers would love it out there, though, with all those ex-players they hire.

I think Danny Briere is qualified to do the job. He is well respected around the league. I wish him well.

Briere paid some dues and makes sense in his role. The same is not true of his boss Keith Jones. Also bizarre and stupid that the coach has an equal seat at the table and they run things as a triumvirate. The hierarchy there is ridiculous and it’s doomed.

The Flyers need to clean out all the old boys like Clarke, Holmgren, Lombardi, etc. How many "senior advisors" does one team need?

Won't happen any time soon though. Flyers are corporately owned. I'd hate to be a sports fan of a team that is owned by a corporation rather than one really rich guy.

Allowed him to make +15mil before his 28th birthday, though. He’ll probably sign another 1-2mil contract next week, too. Kinda nice to keep getting bought out. Haha.

He’s rapidly turning the phrase “pay to play” into “pay not to play”
