I admit I was. That draft day when it got to the Coyotes pick I said to myself "Oh wow we're getting Zadina." Then "The Arizona Coyotes are proud to select Barrett Hayton." I said "WTF why!?!"

DAY 4: No new contract, NMC kicked in, signing bonus been paid, last 2 seasons his total salary was $7.95M/

They will still need to move more salary and use their LTI. Matthews isn't leaving TO.
Correct, he is signed for this year, but they are over the cap right now, and even using LTIR I believe they come up short. They will have to do something with Murray I believe. But who really cares. AM is NOT coming here.
