On another note, hate the guy for leaving, but man, imagine out D with 1-2 punch of Morrissey and Trouba. (who ran over Bastian after he came back into the game :boredom:)

Problem is, we may end up playing Vegas in the first round then, and I'd much rather play LA (or St. Louis).

Good for the Leafs but they are a one man team. If the mustache goes down they are doomed.

If it's the case that the Jets doing it would close the loophole then they should do it right now, the net gain would be huge. How many loopholes did Roger Nielson close? If they'll stop it only when you do it, then make 'em stop it, instead of letting the league's favorites keep getting away with it, right?

Sure it sucks we'd have to burden the cost. Classic Prisoner's Dilemma. But still a winning play.

Also, Patrick Roy pulling the goalie down 3 with 11 minutes to go has probably given me an official second favorite team; already the usual idiots are making fun of him for it. I can't wait until he starts challenging goals and they mock him for "merely" being 1-in-3 or whatever.
