I CANNOT believe I am a Maurice fan... but yeah, I'm cheering for him.

He sucks as a coach - that's the same horrible PK system - and all the same dysfunction... but the guy does try. And Tkachuk believes in him... I want to see a 2018 run

Like its all the same flaws, but the team is on a run... and they have heart. Toronto doesn't - Keefe looked like Bowness looked in round one.

I thought Florida was full marks for game one, Leafs looked good tonight but Bob was on fire. Interesting Florida was the Hunter for the past 5 games but they will be the hunted when they go home. Leafs know game 3 is must win.

It's time for 2 defensemen trophies one for a guy who is all offence and another for all over around play

Yeah. Especially late in the year I watched a few Sharks games (in the Pacific time zone their games would be on when I would get home from work late) and Karlsson was so obviously cheating for points and had not much interest in playing defence. Still, he was dragging around a shitass team and 100 points is so impressive

I still think Tkachuk is a dick. Won't forget what he did to us in the playoffs. But damn, he is a true warrior. He takes no shifts off, always 200%, leads by example. Imagine someone like him in a locker room with our divas. He would eat them alive.

I want our own Tkachuk type of guy.
