I don't mind rival fanbases visiting personally. Having said that, it seems like everywhere I look lately there are cocky Devils fans gloating. That team is getting alot of national praise and it's honestly good for the league, but I can't help but laugh when I see all the hubris directed at the Rangers. Just got done reading some dude on twitter dunking on Ranger fans for being excited about Kakko.

It really wasn't that long ago that everyone around the interwebs were calling Hughes a bust. Of all fanbases, you would think NJ's would understand the process most of all, but they seem to be the most rampant about Kakko and Laffy being busts. It's just odd to me, idk.

Then again, i've always liked the Hughes kids so maybe i'm the weird one....

if the Caps and Pens are middling and the Flyers are doomed to fail according to Flyers fans that have watched their team outgunned in every game and saved by Hart, then the division is down to NJD, NYI, CAR, and NYR. Carolina should be a shoe in. Hmmmmm.
I've said this before, but not until WSH or PIT are mathematically out, they are a threat, until the big guys retire.

I'm really confused why a post of mine from three weeks ago about our third pair's time on ice was just quoted into this thread alongside a random assortment of other old posts.

I'm equally as confused, lol. My tweet was about Matt Tkachuk back in July to the Devils possibly.

TNT is miles better than ESPN. It's a shame...

Can only hope by some miracle ESPN learns but they may be to woke for that

TNT has the Cup this season.... so we have that going for us

He was a good find in the 2ed round of the 2020 draft. I wish the Rangers had recent success in the 2ed round. Has not been good since the Dubinsky Anisimov Stepan 2ed round picks days.
Peterka was ranked higher, I mean a pretty simple draft strategy it to nab higher rated guys that fall to the 2nd line like Peterka, Kaliyev, etc. But we tend to do the opposite lol.

Tage Thompson can blast it.

It's amazing to watch other teams set up that one-timer on the PP... It's telegraphed when we have Fox and Panarin QBing because no one worries about them shooting. Tage Thompson was wide open on the dot.

what's even more joyful is to see Pittsburgh lose 6 in a row

but you could tell Granato would get this team in order. They played with impressive tempo, energy and structure as soon as he took over. They are still young and inexperienced... how far can they take it?

I do not know why but I find joy with Buffalo being good... also after trading Eichel

Buffalo has always been like a distant cousin as opposed to a rival in all sports, unless you're a Jets fan.

The French Connection in the 70s were pretty cool from what my uncles told me, and the Lafontaine-Mogilny years they were fun.

Also the Rangers and Sabres have only met twice in the playoffs and they were basically thirty years apart.
