unsigned right now. I think a team looking for a bottom 6 player could do a lot worse.
Tampa has lost some guys, I could see him there. Hell even Edmonton for a 3rd time.

Gagner's a niche player. Columbus used him well, basically 4th liner PP specialist. Problem is that Gagner wouldn't crack Edmonton or Tampa's PP1. Gagner's skill set would have some redundancy to Yamamoto/Puljujarvi. Most teams are going to want their bottom six guys to kill penalties. They're probably keeping a spot warm for Dylan Holloway to potentially claim.

Kane-McDavid-Hyman
RNH-Draisaitl-Yamamoto
Foegele-McLeod-Puljujarvi
Janmark-Shore-Ryan
Malone-McKegg

Tampa probably has a cheaper/younger internal option with Alex Barre-Boulet.

Namestnikov-Point-Kucherov
Killorn-Cirelli-Stamkos
Hagel-Paul-Perry
Colton-Bellemarre-Maroon
ABB-Smith

Gagner feels like a PTO guy at this point. Verbeek presumably has some experience with him from the last few years in Detroit. I don't know what to make of Anaheim's lines at this point.

Booo Huberdeau re-signed with Calgary, was hoping he’d take off out east. Was hoping Calgary would fall off.

8 years 10 million per. That contract is going to be horrendous and won't age well. Although Huberdeau is a good player not for that length yikes.

If you are Calgary and a top player is willing to sign with you, you have to do it. With that said, giving Huberdeau 8 years is scary
