Coleman you dummy you caused the too many men and now this.. then again if it wasnt for you they probably wouldnt have score the smith beauty
 
Calgary is all punching and they go down the moment they're punched back. They've averaged 5 goals against in this series. That's just not going to get it done.

Old fashioned battle of goalies up there in Alberta. Smith feeling like he hasn't done something dumb in awhile let's that full court shot in only to be followed up by terrible rebound control & whomever the Flames had defending allowing RNH to overpower them at the net. 😂

Solid high stick to end the game. Make sure the guy is bleeding all over the place.

St.Louis is a better version of Calgary, minus a goalie. The Avs are handling them quite well, and have some serious depth on defense that far exceeds Calgary's or any other. We did a good job at times shutting down Mcdavid without Doughty, Calgary can't do it at all with a healthy line up. I've yet to see anyone on the Flames do what Andersen and Moore did, frustrate him and take away his space. The Avs have the depth to do that. And a pp that can score at will.
 
Watching the Flames/Oilers games makes me so pissed off that we didn’t win that first series. We could have made the conference finals, but then again would have gotten buzzed sawed by the Avs.
 
Nice to see the Flames fail. Tired of seeing many kings fan on here act like he was a really good coach.

Decent coach, great motivator. You guys should read their boards about why sutter is getting so badly outcoached and what their fans think.

I will always hold on to the belief that sutter was an okay coach that got the Kings to perform hard which is why he has a short shelf life.

Happy for what sutter did but I think the Kings in the beginning performed very well under him because the previous coaches were just that bad.

He’s getting severely outpaced by Woodcroft right now. Much rather see the Oilers win than to hear Kings fans on here look at the past with the most rose tinted glasses and never stop hearing about it.
 
I'm personally hoping for an epic collapse but not going to hold my breath. I'll be honest, I didn't think the Oilers had a chance in this series so I was completely wrong. I won't jinx myself about repeating that mistake commenting about their chances should they get past this round. on the other hand, I think they're going to the Stanley Cup!

Re DS cant argue with results - but I agree w you to some extent. My feeling about the success was that it was led by DL organizational vision and DS fit into the vision at the right time.. with the right players on board. TM had done his job in teaching the new core.. Then DL added Richards and Carter to put them over the top and DS i guess wanted more size and added Nolan and King - which seemed to work out nicely in 2012. But long term i think his style wears people out... but again cant argue with 2 cups. I do think Woodcroft is doing a good job, I noticed he had them winning tight games toward the end of the season preparing for the playoffs. Somethign that Florida didnt do.
