Torres can appeal, don't forget. Commissioner hears first, then can go neutral. As of yet, appeal has never gone that far under new CBA.

I was happy that we were able to get a 2nd for him instead of losing him on waivers but I was bummed he went to Vancouver. I thought he was going to be better for Vancouver than he has been
