If McDavid is going full LeBron then I guess I can't blame him for bringing in friends and people he's comfortable with until he can leave or until they make a GM change since they have wasted his entire NHL career so far pretty much.
A week ago, I saw it on X where someone asked McD about top 5 active goalies with shutouts or something and he named James Reimer. Even recent Leafs fans don’t know who he is, lol.

Watching Minny and Dallas and these players today don’t know how to fight. You can’t remove fighting in high level minor hockey and expect these guys to be able to scrap when their men.

Kinda worrying for Edmonton that half their team building strategy has been going after ex-Leafs Connor may have liked from a distance. Jack Campbell, Zach Hyman, Tyson Barrie, Cody Ceci, Connor Brown, Tyler Ennis, etc.

I think there’s a 100% chance Dermott goes to Edmonton in the next 2 years. Thought Justin Holl had a chance too having been part of that Muzzin duo that almost shut out the Oilers 3x games in a row in 2021.

Do they even have the cap space to extend Draisaitl? Guy probably wants $12.5 million plus...McDavid will be commanding $14.5 million plus. I have a feeling Bruins will be going hard for Draisaitl...they need a centre long term.
