This sounds so incredibly glorious. My God, I hate winter.Used to live in South Florida, the average January high in Miami is 78F.

Yeah but from March to November it is swampass times infinity and from July to November a storm might wipe you off the map if mother nature is pissed enoughThis sounds so incredibly glorious. My God, I hate winter.
Oilers the better team, but can they adjust to the greaseball that is Florida? Gotta give Bob a Perry special and the cup is theirs. On the other hand, I know way too many annoying Oiler fans day to day so I am completely fine with them fading into the night.
I wouldn't mind that. McJesus had won enough trophies himself, I don't wanna see him to win another one.Bob wants that Conn Smythe trophy.
I was thinking the exact same thing.Florida doesn't seem to play well after an extended break (see game 1 vs Boston). But they did limit Edmonton to only a few decent chances in the 3rd
I think they'll be better in game 2. Hopefully a short series!
Great night for my hockey pool
Florida needs to be better though if they’re going to win the series.
Rough first two periods.

They just grind so well, Pat Quinn leafs come to mind to me. Oilers have the fabulous top end who produce, but putting Ceci/Nurse out 20 minutes a night in front of in and out goaltending dooms them (I hope)Florida doesn't seem to play well after an extended break (see game 1 vs Boston). Yep. It "dropped" to 37 today and this is the forecast for the next 5 days:you kidding me with that shit? 48C and they're on an island and this isn't officially summer yet? Woof.
This game tonight brought back memories and feelings when our Leafs nearly got swept by the Panthers last year.
Paul Maurice is such a good coach and like I use to say when he was ours .. "Never say never to a Paul Maurice coached team".
"Defense Wins Championships" and posting a Shutout to start the finals has Florida off to a great start.
You mean you didn't like an injured Foligno for a 1st?Bennett was acquired for a 2nd round pick. That's the difference between a good GM and what Leafs fans have had to endure.
