It was strange to see Kyrou breaking down like that over a few boos.

Ottawa better start winning those games in hand.

After all the crowing these past two summers, who could've predicted the Sens would be in the toilet by Christmas?:sarcasm:
Just wait till they start winning some games in Feb/March and we restart the cycle again for another year.

Following the St. Louis Blues' 4-2 win over the Ottawa Senators on Thursday night, forward Jordan Kyrou was visibly emotional after being booed by Blues fans.
"I definitely heard those," Kyrou said on the boos. "It's not easy. I see where they're coming from with my comments on it."
Why were they booing during a dominant win?

You mean another Summer of Pierre, but without Pierre?
I get the ownership and GM change and wanting to pause to see what they have, but Ottawa needs to get on with life and make the inevitable coaching change now. To waste yet another season by December is insane for a team that has some decent players.

What I want to see is Playoff Warrior show the world how it's done. Sens fans love to go about how he's a game changer and all that. He wouldn't be the captain on any other team.

Make sure to read the article before reacting imo

Ya, it looks like everything was done right technically, and it is mostly on the Dallas hospital. However, I don't know who/if anyone stayed with Valimaki from team staff, that is where the blame could be.

If he was alone with his wife. I don't know how good of English they speak but if it's not good, and doesn't have typical American health insurance documents. I could defiantly see a hospital telling a foreigner without insurance to come back later and treat less serious cases first.

edit I can't imagine that an entire ER is taken up by cases more serious than that. There needs to be better advocates if even that thought enters their mind. Or go find another hospital.

Yeah.. hospital staff messed up telling him to come back in the morning

Potentially someone dropped the ball not getting communication to the hospital about his injuries and severity

Main board thread is like 2for1 shot night at bingo in Alabama
