Man imagine if the Leafs and the Rangers sh*t their series away. Would lessen the blow when we get ousted on Saturday. LOL.
With Rangers fans touting Shesterkin as the next Roy, I'm okay with them getting an additional dose of humility.

I'm still pissed they won the lottery even though they were in the "play-in" round of the playoffs, and their points counted as playoff points, and they were STILL lottery eligible.

Vegas is a hard out. Eichel is playing very well, and with Stone back they have some serious depth.

Only real question is can their goaltending hold up.

I still wish the Kings had been more aggressive in pursuing Jack Eichel last year. I thought he would have fit in perfectly with the Kings as a guy elite enough now to make a big difference for the rest of the Kopitar/Doughty era but young enough where he is your locked in 1C for another 7-8 years.

It's really unfortunate he ended up in the division.

Laf and Kakko have played a combined 52 playoff games and have 5 goals and 16 points between them. And very rarely facing other teams top checkers.

Not saying they are the reason for the team being on the brink of elimination, obviously Zibanajed and Panarin have been invisible, but man what do you do with these guys this summer? If they aren't past the point of no return as far as getting any kind of significant value back for either one, they have to be close.

If NYR decided to just cut their losses and get the best 1st round pick in this years draft that they could get, what do you think they would get for each one?

Who would have ever thought in 2023 that K'Andre Miller would be the best of the three guys they drafted in 18-19-20.

Didn’t NY run into a hot goal tender?

Anyone on Winnipeg worth scraping off the bbq their coach just had? Lol

They seem to have a hard time signing players to term might be able to get a decent price from them for one of Moore or Iafollo. Iafollo seems like the kind of player that has push back! Same with Roy. Not that they are not good players because they both are. We have to resign Korpasalo and Gavrikov. That would give us the cap room to sign both and get Gabe locked up. If we do it this off-season I think we can get Vilardi on a 4 year deal with a 3,000,000$ AAV in the long term savings of what we got Kempe for.

Michael Eyssimont looks like a pretty good player.

Who would've ever expected that?

I was always a little surprised he didn't get a crack here, but Lizotte made him redundant--similar tenacity and you can't have two guys that size buzzing around. Glad to see him making the best of his NHL options in WPG and TBL!

I will always remember his time with the Sharks fondly.

Rangers lookin pretty bad and so am i. Picked em to win the cup as we are still growing(?).
Blueshirts look really disengaged- patrick kane and panarin are invisible. Its weird because in the first two games rangers appeared to have the formula and nj looked intimidated. These last two games have been the polar opposite- it was so bad last night shesterkin fired the puck down the middle of the ice for a shot on goal as the ranger players were hanging to the rink edges. Then he skated to the ranger bench and chewed thier asses. Little physicality even from trouba and overall they look like they dont want to be there.

Jets have some serious leadership problems, and I have a feeling that starts with Wheeler and Scheifele. Even though they both have a year left on their contracts I would ship them out asap.

They've had leadership problems for a while now and that has only led to a toxic culture in that leadership.
