Did it occur to you I’m so critical of Blake precisely because I want the team to be built the right way to ensure more championships? No? Just keep drooling and screeching go Kings go? Okay.
Built and run like the Golden Knights? No thanks. You don’t like Blake regardless of what he’s done. That’s the truth, yes?

What the f*** are you talking about?

When have I ever said I want the Kings to be built like the Knights?

The Vegas Golden Knights are one of the most incompetently managed teams in professional hockey. George McPhee has completely torpedoed that team’s ability to compete for a Cup long term.

You need to get your head checked, champ.

Vegas also playing mind games in case they meet in the playoffs. Also, I'm sure Quick can give them detailed info about our shooters.eir go to into something they don't do mych.
Kings need to keep this in mind and try to fake their go to's
.
I was more referring to you saying "take the shot" when Bertuzzi drew a lot of heat being the only Red Wings player not to get the COVID vaccination.
Turned out he was the smartest player in the league.
Look no further than Toews.

I';m annoyed that the oilers got Bjugstad too.

That's the team to beat now IMO, with Ekholm and Bjugstad.

Also re Quick he's gonna have SICK gear at least.
They got a leg and a thigh but there are no tenders in that bucket of a franchise,
Looks like Colonel Holland forgot the original recipe.
Osgood that ends well.

I’m assuming Quick starts the next game on Sunday. Hill was put to work tonight vs New Jersey. So weird to see Vegas is trying to be the LA Kings east with Coach Stevens, Amart, McNabb, and Quick.

Goaltending is still their weakest link. They don't have Smith anymore to steal them 6-5 games. Their top two guys can be shut down and really frustrated, we've proved that. We have a better team than last years should we face them again, especially on defense.

Don’t forget Amadio and Hutton ;)

I think the kings have a chance to beat an edmonton but McDavid can fn will his team to victory alone. I have a feeling the cup goes through them this year in the west. Colorado and Vegas are no slouches either.

I think Dallas might be the team to beat in the west due to Oettinger.

Unless Colorado regains its form from last year, I really think the Oilers are the team to beat in Western Conference right now.

They were in the Western final last year, and this season they have better defense. McDavid is actually better than he was last year as well.

You can't win games 5 6 in playoffs defense gets tighter.
Whistles get swallowed which the pp is where they do alot of damage.
Their goaltending is still suss too.

It's a myth that the referees "swallow the whistle" in the playoffs. And there's not much difference between regular season and the playoffs in terms of overall scoring. About a 4% difference. That's nothing. Occasionally the playoffs actually have higher scoring than the regular season.

I agree their goaltending is an issue, but it was last year as well and it didn't derail them.

Counterpoint: they were one game away from being bounced in the first round by us, without Doughty or RV (and Fiala for that matter). Campbell and Skinner are certainly capable of rising to the moment for a run but their performance so far this year is far from intimidating. I'd rather play them than Vegas in the first round. And I'd prefer them over either the Avs or Stars.

Look at Vegas's goaltending.

I don't know much about the status of Brossoit and Thompson, but if they stay injured, VGK is headed into the playoffs with Adin Hill as their #1.

I'd much rather play Seattle or Vegas in the first round than the Oilers.
