I'm surprised that we are pulling away from Minnesota a bit. Colorado has been better but hasn't looked great.

Waive Lemieux and claiming Simmonds would save some cap while still having a guy who is willing to drop em. Honestly our roster is probably best with neither in the lineup...Simmonds was just my favorite king when he was dealt

Devils eeked out a regulation win against Columbus. I'll laugh if somehow Columbus not getting (at least) one point from that game has an effect on their draft position/lottery.

In their 1998-99 season finale, Vancouver lost in the final seconds of regulation. If they had gotten at least a point, they would have ended up flip flopping with the Islanders. Chicago won the lottery and bumped the Islanders down an additional spot. But if it had been Vancouver, they likely wouldn't have been able to get both Sedins had they been picking #5 instead of #3.

And they’d still have no Stanley Cups.

CBJ definitely all over the place defensively on that play. Marchenko (RW) ends up on the Gaudreau's LW side which left Graves unmarked the other direction. Gaudreau not exactly giving a Selke level backcheck there, although he probably was waiting for the buzzer.

I love how EDM thinks by trading for Karlsson somehow makes them the favorite to win the West. He doesn't make their defense or goaltending better, it just adds a better scorer on the backend.

I can't imagine a deal actually happens there. Edmonton needs to pay alot more than they probably have available in rebuild pieces to get the Sharks to retain the amount they need

is it illegal to feel bad for the Ducks? I always want hockey to flourish in California.. hard to do that when you got two awful teams.

Or a dodger fan feeling bad about the padres or Giants

I have ESPN+ and often watch non-Kings games. Lately I've been rooting for The Sucks to win since I don't want them to have the best chances at the 1OA. These guys have the worst +/- difference in the entire NHL at -92 while the 2nd worst is Lumbus at -70. Unbelievable.

Another loss for the Wild, they just cant get it done right now. It's starting to look like it's going to come down to them and Calgary for that last spot, I think. Nashville has an outside shot, but they have a rough schedule.

The Kings have the 4th easiest schedule left in the league, easier than everyone in the division except Vancouver and Seattle. Vegas has the 14th most difficult schedule remaining and Edmonton the 18th most difficult.

You mean clodumbus? they helped us win two cups so i have a warm spot for them.. i just dont think its good for hockey or Bedard to have him end up there. Arizona and Columbus should be contracted.
