If you knew someone sexually assaulted other employees, is that not a reason to not recommend someone for a job? You are personally recommending them for a job.... No matter how good they are at other things, doesn't that disqualify them from a recommendation?

All he said was he did a good job doing video. No where in the quote did he endorse him to be hired by anyone else. It’s not even a recommendation, it’s a coach evaluation which is standard practice after the season. Again Frank is a good reporter but that tweet is very misleading.

Edit: also in the actual report done by the law firm, coach Q entered the meeting late and said he was focused on the playoffs. They didn’t make him aware of specific details, all they said to him is an incident happened between a coach and player. So context is important. Still doesn’t make it right, poorly handled

He literally enabled and covered up for a sexual predator, then endorsed him. Context? Seriously?

yes context is important because it’s still allegations.

you can’t just highlight a portion of the report and say it’s an endorsement. That’s horrible reporting.
Also this is far from an endorsement: is black and white. At the end of the season file a report on how he did as a coach. He did his job. Is he an asshole hell yes.

Please read the investigation report. I’m not defending Quennville. But the review being referenced is for the chicago blackhawks organization. Most jobs do a performance review in house. You don’t then use that review to get other jobs. A reference letter was provided but that’s separate from what Quenneville filed
 
There's no doubt mi mind that mike sullivan is the best coach early on this season again :clap: He doesnt give flying dirt. No matter whom plays and whom nots. He DEMANDS. And the structure.. the structure the structure.

We might want to take notes off the smoke from them...... build it like that. Everybody gotta be souljas and ready.

Agree with you, I don’t think Alrich would even have access to those report. What Frank posted was not even a recommendation letter

Definitely sire. They are the a powerplay team too. The referees give them way too many powerplays the deserve in reality. That's the only reason I call them "softies". They are being helped by the league a bit too much. Bratz is a better term.

Reading these Hawks stuff, that’s really horrible.
I really don’t see why they didn’t go to Aldrich and tell him to take a leave of absence and just put everything on hold till after the Finals. Then begin investigations.
How far would people go for a Cup?

It's absolutely terrible. And even worse is management aside seems like many players on the team were in the know. Lots of reputations are about to be destroyed (and rightfully so)

No doubt about it.
I just can’t believe it happened and they just pretended like it was nothing bc of the Cup.
I really think NHLPA and NHL should have a department where players can go to seek help.
This incident is not the first time and it won’t be the last time.

Habs are having a pretty terrible night, brings a smile to one's face.

If that rumor today that Weber is indeed finished, wonder if the league will crack down on them for not formally finalizing the retirement

I really don’t see why Habs wouldn’t since the Preds will be the team with the Cap penalty and stuff.

Also, I began reading that report but I could not finish. It was really horrible.
Also there is John Doe 1 and Black Ace 1, two different players.
