Pulock Getting 8 years 50M

Rielly should get 8 years 56M

Time to Sign Mo, the comparables have signed. Be a leaf for life

yep. Like it or not points get paid.

pulock is a career 10-35 pts d. Rielly has
Multiple 50’plus pt pace seasons.

should get more but not a ton more.

Feels like theres no in betweens with these dmen contracts. They're either really nice for the players or really nice for the teams.

Thats a nice deal for the NYI.
Their top pairing makes like 12 million for the next 7 or 8 years. Definitely some good contacts and as you said oddly cheap considering some of the earlier contracts this summer

Since points is the only thing that matters you should take a look at Nurse’s contract instead. 9,25M.

Mo and Nurse score just as much points. Pulock is playing in a defensive system and that is hurting his pay check.

Eh if he is after Nurse money it will likely not be in Toronto. It is what it is.

Offensive production does tend to drive the bus on D-men contract value.. that definitely helped keep the cost down.

Still a great deal for the Isles.

Sabres lineup, for their game against the Habs tonight. It's bad, I mean terrible. Yet, they are very likely to have high odds to draft, and screw up the development of another quality prospect.

lol at Brady Tkachuk at a seven-year deal for a 8.214M cap hit.
...and people say we signed players for too much $$

On the flip side...

To the people making fun of the AAV, remember, we are Sens fans.

The idea that we overpaid one of our star players is ****ing music to our ears.

They aren't wrong.... at some point, the Senators needed to make a statement that they are serious about building a competitive program, if they hope to attract, and keep players.

Marner is no longer overpaid after Suzuki and Tkachuk deals. We have a legit 90-100 point player lol.
