Vegas was good and had a deep orospect pool immediately. The Kraken suck and don’t have a good prospect pool. I could see it coming from a mile away. Francis isn’t a good GM.

Well, not to entirely let him off the hook, but the rest of the league GM's also learned a s***load about how to deal with the expansion draft. After everyone got bent over by Vegas. Most of them learned and played the game far better during the Seattle draft.

This is true, but they still had better options on the table for many of the players they took. They let teams off the hook completely with a lot of the choices made.

No, that was proven to be legitimately the right call, the original picture was very deceptive, the actual look at the play showed the Avs changed 30 feet early and earned the penalty.
