So - Minnesota doesn't have an analytics team after Fenton fired the last group and the one of that group isn't looking so hot after what a shit show Seattle is pulling.
Seattle screwed up their draft bigtime, unlike Vegas. Vegas leveraged their draft for so much more than just the players they drafted. Seattle made no deals at all.

Vegas was good and had a deep orospect pool immediately. The Kraken suck and don’t have a good prospect pool. I could see it coming from a mile away. Francis isn’t a good GM.

Well, not to entirely let him off the hook, but the rest of the league GM's also learned a s***load about how to deal with the expansion draft. After everyone got bent over by Vegas. Most of them learned and played the game far better during the Seattle draft.

This is true, but they still had better options on the table for many of the players they took. They let teams off the hook completely with a lot of the choices made.

Yeah, looked bad at first but then you realize the hit seems fine, then Mackinnon's own stick gets checked up into his face causing all of the blood.

41 players that have played 30+ games are PPG right now. That's got to be the highest it has been in a while.

We have 2 in the top 13.

If Boldy was healthy all year he (long shot) and Fiala could both be pushing the ppg mark too.

Colorado hasn't lost a regulation home game since October (just one in OT in early November). 18 in a row.

15-0-1 in January.
