Is that determination? I'm pretty sure if someone rejects you three times, the answer isn't "Keep asking." It's "Leave them alone, you weird creep."

Like, I get that there are occasionally stories about successful relationships that come from a previous rejection being overcome. But there are far more interactions where "No" should mean "No" the first time around and asking past that constitutes harassment at best.
