So 0% APR for the contract, then they break down at the end of the warranty?

11/12 vs Capitals 5-1 LThat 08-09 team made the playoffs and had something like a +16 goal differential.
Those 5-1 losses must have been prior to Laviolette getting canned, or prior to the 9 game winning streak that occurred in March.
Yea, passing on him there was a bit of a head-scratcher for me. But, it's still early.Raty (52 in draft) from Isles scores last night in his debut.
Hope we don’t regret not drafting him versus Heimosalmi & Koivunen (44 & 51).
There had to have been something up with Raty that they just hated. From a prospect standpoint he was an ultimate "swing for the fences" upside pick and Carolina passed on him three times.Raty (52 in draft) from Isles scores last night in his debut.

well, "hope we don't regret" doesn't equal "we have regrets", LOL back at ya'It's way too early to have draft day regrets. It's only one year after the 2021 draft LMAO!
Maybe even so far as “we may miss on a guy if we don’t take him, but we will miss on a lot more if we do take him and we alienate Papa Aho”.I might be way off base, but Raty struggled playing for Papa Aho's team. I wonder if the Canes took input from Papa Aho and Karpat, which may have not been overly positive.
And in the end, Raty got to play with Sebastian Aho anyhow.Maybe even so far as “we may miss on a guy if we don’t take him, but we will miss on a lot more if we do take him and we alienate Papa Aho”.
Have you ever been to the Senators board? It's way too early to have draft day regrets. It's only one year after the 2021 draft LMAO!
"Machine Tage Against The"
The matrix repairs itself. And in the end, Raty got to play with Sebastian Aho anyhow.
It was the skating, I think to the extent that scouts around the league felt that he had survived on pure skill that far despite his skating but would have his skating exposed on the NHL level.Raty’s skating was rated very low. It fits the Islanders who play a slower, tighter style. It may not have fit us. Of course his skating looks improved so the point is moot.
Of course, Time will tell. He is up in the big League sooner than most draftees of that class.Scored in his first NHL...future hall of famer confirmed.
It's not like he was tearing up the AHL before.
Think we still need to pump the breaks draft regret.
I have no ragrets
