Few insiders have mentioned him missing the first round and I could see it.I'll eat my shoe if Florida doesn't retroactively LTIR Tkachuk. I don't think he's coming back this season, including the playoffs.

I would be shocked if it isn't a torn groin muscle. This is a guy who played in the Cup final with a sternal fracture. He is basically a cyborg, and I mean that in a good way. For him to not be able to play in that US/Canada game means that he has something that is not just an ordinary injury.Few insiders have mentioned him missing the first round and I could see it.
Canucks could be sellers.Canucks are looking like crap. Maybe St. Louis holds onto Schenn. They can easily take the last wild card spot.
The good old Brett Lebda special.Tyler Bertuzzi was a -3 in a 6-3 Blackhawks victory.![]()

Kyle Dubas went about things in the wrong way in every aspect of the role. If he was opposite George he would've been a good GM.Zito continuing to make smart moves...
Man they've gotten the majority of their top players through trades or other means either than drafting. Barkov is really their only big horse they drafted. Tkachuk, Reinhart, verh, forsling, now Jones all acquired through non drafting measures.
Meanwhile the leafs were busy for 5 years sending out premium assets for 20 game uses.
Here's hoping! That 8 point deficit will likely be 4 or 6 by Tuesday morning, depending on what Washington does against Ottawa on Monday. I think we are going to see the Leafs go on a pretty big run over the next 20 games given their schedule.
His head is messed.
Canucks left it too long.
I really hope Columbus can hang on.This race for the wildcard spots will be fun to watch.
So many teams bunched together with a shot to get in.

The wholw Miller saga was crazy. They literally traded their second best player to appease him, and end their fued within the team.
They chose his side and this is how Petterson re-pays them

Pettersson quit on hockey even before they gave him that ridiculous contract. Always knew that guy was a fraud. Dude gives me Daigle, Yashin vibes.

lol we are going to face the upstart team that is playing for their fallen brother.
No chance we make it out of the first round
But, but, we were told he was much better than Matthews.
Every Cinderella run strikes midnight eventually.
The Jackets are a great story but they will be a first round elimination.
I don’t see them defeating either division winner.
Zito is a really good GM. He was also fortunate with the Tkachuk situation, he demanded out of Calgary, it's not everyday a superstar tells their team he wants out and gives X destination lists. Good trade, but also good luck that Tkachuk was disgruntled in Calgary.Zito continuing to make smart moves...
