Not blaming Jack when two of his injuries have been board collisions. McDavid broke his collarbone his rookie year on the same thing and no one called him soft. You're not winning a collision with that at full speed regardless your stature.
Mcdavid also didn't miss a game the next two years after that. These injuries are "freak" injuries, sure. But when they happen to the same player over and over that kind of blurs the line between bad luck and injury prone IMO.

LTIR jack and bring in some big guy? Somehow... Lol.

Miracle is team makes playoffs and somehow survive without jack. I'm going to go do something other than hockey watch for a few days. This is brutal.

Not sure how we are blaming Jacks physique on the 3 injuries he took in his career. We have seen bulls like Kovalchuk take similar spills and get similar injuries. Putting on weight doesn’t prevent Wrist/Clavicle/Shoulder injuries like that.
Because people need to bitch about something. I swear to f***ing God we could have McDavid on this team and people would find something to bitch about.

Once again, explain how a back checking Jack Eichel wouldn't do that to 99% of the leagues players. The end result would be the same collision for mostly everyone.

I'm more concerned about long-term jack. How many arm and shoulder injuries can this guy sustained where it just breaks his elite ability. I know he had one one each side but this seems to be another bad one

This season is now a rando-outcome.

Bummmmmmmmmmmmer all around

To be fair, we have suck for half the season.

Can't blame fans for losing their patience.
And now another Jack injury might have fully put the nail in the coffin. Astounding that some people seriously expect stoic zen in the face of months of bad play and our most important player injured again.

This isn’t a rebuild anymore. At some point we’re supposed to win meaningful games.

I wouldn't call Jack injury prone based on board collisions per se but he does seem to inordinately put himself in harm's way either through carelessness, lack of balance, bad decision making whatever.

I know people will say it’s not jacks fault he smashed into the boards he’s not injury prone. Well that is true it’s a hard collision it’s just weird his shoulder (I’m assuming) seems to be the only one in the league that’s weaker than a wet noodle. Not good thing for a player that is your franchise piece.
