All Vegas has to do is remain at worst tied with Minnesota until their final 2 games which are against Chicago and Anaheim, almost guaranteed wins.
I'd rather Vegas makes the playoffs... so they oust the Oilers in round 1 and Edmonton descends into anarchy.

This version of Vegas can’t beat anybody in the playoffs unless they get healthy. Hill has be pretty bad for a while too
It’s a very weird situation where arguably best case is they miss (cause f*** Vegas) but if they’re not going to, you want them to slide back into 3rd place and meet the Oilers in round 1 or failing that at least get whichever wild card slot will play Vancouver instead so we couldn’t meet them before the WCF. In what was once almost unthinkable, 1st in the west is up for grabs after the Canucks struggles post ASB and especially with Demko out for a few weeks

In pains me to say this, but I would rather have the Oilers win any series vs. Vegas. Hell, any team but Vegas would be fine. Something about that franchise just is so repulsive no me. Maybe its the gold glitter trim that is the start of my trigger.

I was thinking the same. They don't look good. They look like the beat up version of the Avalanche last season without Nuke.

Huge game tomorrow vs Oilers. MacK vs McDavid. I believe MacK has outplayed McDavid when Avs played the Oilers, he needs to do it again not only for Avs to get 2 points but also for the Art Ross race

His struggles since the turn of the calendar are a big part of the Red Wings issues. I'm personally not sure if he fits the best mold for a man defense. He's got the size and physicality, but if you get him moving his limitations start to get exposed.
