Personally I don’t understand that people don’t understand why gambling is far worse for the league than a crosscheck.Honestly insanity. 41 games for a betting infraction, but Perron will get a fraction of that for trying to concuss someone intentionally.
In this case the official version was that his friend used his account but the fact is his account was used to gamble on hockey games. They clearly didn’t believe him (hence the suspension) but they had to go with that publicly to save face.
