Talbot seems to be playing quite well for him too.

I don't know how much "hands-on" work Billy does with LA but it's no coincidence whoever goes there suddenly gets alot better. Quick was pretty good under him for a lot of years, Korpisalo last year at the deadline, now Talbot is experiencing a resurrection of sorts working with him.

Yeah, but people tell me that the goalie coach doesn't matter. Here's another proof why Dustin Schwartz f***ing sucks at his job. Talbot who often got beat 1st shot 1st goal by going down on his kneepads is playing much better having a competent goalie coach.
