Bruh I finish watching HNIC and switch to the VGK/COL game thinking it'd be a tight contest.

HAHAHA what the f***! 7 goose?!?
Frikkin Mack doing sh** all for me in my hockey pool right now lol.

There really isn’t much point in playing out the rest of the season.
We just have to hope they turn it around and then get a wild card. That's about it.

Can't cheer for anything better

We are at the point with a generational player that we are the underdogs against VAN next and their fans will be pissed if they somehow lose to us

That is where Kenny has took us

Stone scored TWO SH goals tonight lol. Don't know if I have ever seen that

How is that even possible, lol.
Dude, just when you think nothing can get any worse in EDM, they ALWAYS do something to make it worse lol

That SJ EDM stat is MINDBOTTLING. Not even Mindboggling.

Canucks were a tire fire defensively last year

Demko is good, but they look completely different. What do you know? Bringing in like 3 proper dmen who know how to play hockey does wonders
Canuckles had a sneaky good off-season. Began with the Hronek trade which has given them a smart, fast and efficient top pair that move the puck out of their zone effortlessly. Added big quality veteran support d in Cole and Soucey. Myers is keeping his head above water on third pair. And good defensive bottom six forwards Suter and Blueger. Di Giuseppe off the scrap heap has been solid. And Lafferty.

Cost them a big cap buy-out with OEL. But this was a pretty surgical off-season to build out quality support players to augment their skill guys. However healthy Demko moves the needle massively. He's that good. Tocchet has galvanized it all together with high accountability (and equitable), strong structure and discipline.

As horrendous as the Sharks have been... including back to back 10 goals against...

Oilers goalies have a lower save percentage... 86.4%

Sharks goalies at 86.9%

Sad.

Oilers with the worst sv% in the NHL now... Carolina in 31st with 86.5%
And Carolina is in a wildcard spot. Figure that one out.

Just give VGK the cup again. 11-0-1 with a solid roster top to bottom, loaded with talent and grit. Full store of draft picks to burn to acquire players, coach that runs a tight system, and a team that never gives up.

What a well run team, must be awesome to be a fan. Nothing is ever good enough, when a player underperforms they're shipped off and the return usually brings in a positively producing player.

They certainly would do everything in their power to jettison Campbell.

They wouldn't have signed Campbell in the first place. They have taken some risks with contracts, but few long term. The only contract in their history that could really be considered questionable was the Lehner signing. Even he put up a .913 and .907 with them over two seasons, would've been easy to dump off if he weren't on IR.

In the DoD we always planned a May June getaway. In the early McDavid years and McRebuild 2.0 same. Last 2 years we stayed in anticipation of a long playoff run which we kinda sorta got.

Already looking at booking something for late April….

San Jose, Edmonton, Seattle, and Calgary trying to see who can one up themselves in being garbage.

San Jose is clearly the biggest loser followed by our “woe is me” gang.
