I hope Ryan Reynolds buys the Senators. I literally just started watching the documentary on Hulu about him buying the soccer team in Wales just the other day.

We're 3 points out of the playoff spot. West is really bad and East is ridiculously competitive.

There’s universe out there where Bruins fire their GM over this Miller contract, then Bob Murray gets hired.

Deadly hit by Anderson on Pietrangelo. I know the NHL doesn't care much for its players but that's a 164-game suspension.

The second franchise that looks like fools for giving this asshole an underserved chance.

So the Bruins dropped him immediately after Bettman’s comments yesterday, which essentially boiled down to “He’s not just a free asset, he has stringent conditions to reinstatement that he may never meet and you’ll actually have to work with him.” and they just went “nah, we’re good.” What a league we support.

I believe everybody should have a road to redemption. Unfortunately, all indications show he hasn't even begun to take the first step.

Don't know what this road would look like, but it would begin by an actual apology. It seems the only one the victim got was the court mandated one which the victim's family said lacked any sense of remorse or contrition.

It looks like Boston miscalculated the amount of pushback, then bailed when things got a little too hot.

He's done and I'm happy about it. He was a kid but that is some real weird serial killer type vibe shit he did.

I'm not advocating that his road to redemption ends with him in the NHL necessarily.

Even if he ever shows any amount of true remorse, I wouldn't want him on my tram

What a colossal clown that guys is, and I imagine his parents are no better as well. Not only what he did, but also the lack of remorse and lying about the steps taken to change.

And there are people saying he got cancelled, and that he didn't have a 2nd chance.
Well he deserved to get Cancelled and he got cancelled.
Some people really do deserve getting cancelled and this Mitchell Miller got what he deserved.
I don't know how anyone can deny cancelling exists and sometimes its for a deserved reason.

Depends what you consider to be "cancelled". Lying to an employee on a job interview, being found out, and then fired, is just that. Being fired.

You're arguing with yourself here.
