This game is a bit of a grind so far.Wow, Whitecloud really almost potted on there
And just as I type that LA scores. This game is a bit of a grind so far.
With the supposed cooperation they are getting from the players on the team I would be surprised if they do not have at least the basic interviews done by now. It's what, 20 guys? Get their statements and texts and go back to clear up any inconsistencies. They should have a pretty good idea of what happened unless there are no texts and every single one of them develops amnesia including the victim. This isn't civil litigation where nonsense has to be dignified with a response. The truth actually matters here.Don't know the spot for this but it needs s a shoutout.
Hockey Canada CEO scott smith ousted. The board of directors resigned.

Still waiting for action on McLeod and his cohorts. How long is the foot dragging going to last.

I think it's partially belief he will improve (reasonable) and eagerness to build a team and get out of the rebuild phase with some long term commitments if players are willing to make them.
I think it could easily go sour, as I said on the main board Zaitsev and Matheson were similar deals off ELCs, but really the only long term deals to young players that went south I can recall.
