What stands out here for me the most is that Hyman is a PPG+ player. Good for him. His hard work paid off in getting a rich contract and playing alongside the best player in the game.

Your 4th best player can be a PP point producer. You need your best players to drive offense and defense at 5v5. That is what Matthews,Marner and Nylander do.
