I never cheer for Boston.

I am cheering for a regulation win. Don't care which of these teams we play. They're both going to be tough match ups for different reasons so it's important to have home ice.

Both teams know how to flip a switch come playoff time. They'll be extremely tough first round opponents. The toughest in the East and maybe in the league IMO.

Lol there is still time for things to change but everything that can go wrong is right now.
Boston and Tampa are tied and OT is looking like a real possibility. Florida has already came back from multiple goals down and the Islanders are winning.
Add to that the Blue Jays are getting clown pounded.

It is pretty funny the main boards give Freddy all the benefit of the doubt with his regular season but the Leafs need to prove it in the playoffs.

I agree that we do but Freddy was just as much a part of our playoff falures as anyone.

Yup we will have a 4 point lead on one of them and with the tiebreaker it may as well be 5 points.
Still a regulation loss by one of those teams would have been nice. But at the same time I like that nothing is going to be easy heading into the playoffs. Get us going in with the right mind set.

Yeah really our best playoff performance with this core was the rookie season where they had to fight right down to the end. I hope we do this year too with a better finish in the playoffs.
