Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. Ny then the winner of Carolina and Pitt is a much easier path than
Tampa/Boston and then Florida.
Of course the leafs have blown it in easy and tough matchups so who knows.

Didn't realize the Isles were that close to a that last wild card spot.
They've had a great second half ... nice that they pulled themselves out of draft lotto contention. They're a team that could have benefitted from an awful year to get a good pick and possibly rebound next season.

Any attempt to try for an easier 1st round opponent will surely backfire. I'm convinced the Hockey Gods punishes those who chose that path
Man I'm rooting for them, I want that matchup in round 1I think Toronto has 4 lines that can score and that's without Kase.
You add Kase to this lineup it's just another good player

Agree rather go up against Ullmark than playoff Vasi.
Imagine if we get Toronto VS Boston, that also means we get Tampa VS Carolina and as a netural fan I want that too.

We were that team in our hopes and fears for a decade. Late season runs to ruin our draft hopes and then some false hope towards our future. I think Canadiens are built on that formula.
Ottawa is different beast in a season or two we can start to predict their path. Is it future contenders or Sabres path.

Not really sure if carolina or pittsburgh or NYR are really easier.
The way tampa playing right now, they look closer of the worst team in the east than a double stanley cup champion.
Florida is amaizing offensivly but defensivly, they are not good at all( they need to hope ekblad will be ready game 1) + they will not be able to come back of 2-3-4 goal like they did on playoff.
Carolina and pittsbutgh are not the best team on paper but how theybplay make his team really hard to beat

Draisaitl isn't making the Rocket Richard race any fun. I remember when Matthews was like 16-17 goals behind him at one point. Talk about light years ahead in terms of goal scoring ability. Matthews has more goals in career versus career and in 150 less games played. Yet, Edmonton fans try to keep telling me he's a better goal scorer than Matthews is. Lol delusional.
