I keep seeing this so I had to go over and check it out myself.

What a pathetic fan base, scroll through their out of town thread and it’s literally just pages of putting the leafs down, Marner makes Matthews etc..

No one else is allowed to have a good player apparently.

The leafs live rent free in their heads. It’s embarrassing that they hate us more than their division rivals. Definitely a one sided rivalry.

They truly are very very jealous. Their out of town thread is just Leafs. In fact if there ever is a lull in that thread, one of the pin heads will post something about the Leafs to get the thread going again. Its amazing their obsession with all things Toronto.

Out of Dallas, Nashville, and LA, Vegas might be gunning for Nashville given their really tough schedule compared to the other two.
I think Dallas should be fine and LA, albeit very injured, have a ridiculously soft schedule with just 3 games left vs playoff teams.

From an entertainment standpoint, hopefully Vegas and Dallas get the two wild card spots for massive upset potential

I know Campbell had a real bad stretch but it turned out he was playing hurt for a bunch of those games and has certainly looked better since he came back IMO.

Out of that list, the only goalie that has had any playoff success is Vasilevskiy. As we are all too aware, regular season numbers mean squat come playoff time.

Andersen: .909 - 53 starts, 27 wins (with Toronto: 25 starts, 10 wins)
Vasy: .907 - 76 starts, 49 wins
Vanecek: .903 - 1 start, 0 wins (they might go with Samsonov)
Bobrovsky: .895 - 36 starts, 13 wins
Swayman: .891 - 0 Starts

So, with that in mind, if Campbell can give us consistent NHL average quality, goaltending should not be an issue for us.

I never go to that sub but I had to look for myself. You're right LOL! I love the hate! I just love that anti-leaf fans can't get this team out of their feeble minds. Enjoy it buddy. If people want to raise their blood pressure raging over the leafs, just sit back and laugh.
