Wild recently beat CBJ and Avs on a back-to-back at home.

Now, Wild drilling Caps 5-1 and about to finish them off on a roadie back-to-back after beating Carolina.

Wish the Leafs handled B2Bs like Minnesota handled their last two.

EDIT: And, it is a true treat to listen to Lou Nanne on the broadcast. He's still going at 80 and hasn't lost a step.

Ducks and Gibson looked just terrible against the Oil. I'm so glad we didn't trade for him like some here wanted. The guy just doesn't know how to move laterally.

Degenerate LOilers fans upset eastern media isn’t showcasing Drais 50 goal achievement as they did for Matthews.

The Question they are not asking is why isn’t LOilers media doing anything about it either? Why don’t they showcase to the world this achievement? Considering the LOIers are the only ticket in town it seems like LOIers media doesn’t even give a damn about their own players. This makes degenerate LOIers fans very jealous.

But it’s always A pleasure to live rent free in those idiots heads all the time.

Great seeing Draisalt reaching 50 and accomplishing a lot of good things. I was a big fan and still am but good Lord the oilers and their fan base just make it unbearable to talk to about anything rationally. Same with Islanders fan base atm.... You can't talk because they are still salty about Tavares and Barzal is someone I really like 😂

I really wanted him in this draft year and was hoping he fell to us but it was not to be. Sadly he isn't exactly in the best circumstances with them IMO but let's see what happens in the post season. They look more stable with the new coach but I dunno if that's to get too the playoff grind or something else where they have to build the fundamentals lose this playoffs and then come back and check next season

Thanks for sharing. Not surprising... wonder if the NHLPA or something like that has educational courses for youngsters coming into the league about finances these days

There were reports I think before covid hit that NHLPA had starting educating players about such things. Not sure if they continue

Wait wait wait the refs can go to review to check for a potential high stick? Where was that in '93?

This is in the dying minutes of the Calgary game.

I'm a Financial Advisor. I knew some people who ran a hockey agency. I proposed to them about 15 years ago, to teach financial literacy to their prospects and on, so that they wouldn't fall into the traps that Pronger mentions. I actually find it kind of shocking, that at this point, the NHLPA still doesn't do this. No disrespect intended, but for the most part these aren't financially savvy, sophisticated people, and they both make terrible decisions, and fall prey to predatory people.
